Because for us we start our telemarketing staff from $6.50 per hour and aim to be delivering regular sales results. Our success in generating leads means your converting them to sales and everyone is happy and a cost affective marketing campaign develops between your business and ours.
What about bad agents? Answer to that is we don’t have any, all our agents are right here in our centre which means they are monitored and trained. Its not in our business interest to be needing new clients every week unless we are expanding and constantly adding new agents. Because we aim to retain clients and work with you on developing the business.
What about outsourcing for homeworker agents? Personally I don’t recommend it simply because you don’t know what your buying into. We do get people apply who say they have experience etc. and when we start training them its pretty obvious they haven’t. Which generally rules them out for our business as loyalty and honesty are key to our venture. But when you hire someone online home working do you know who they are? Can you maintain high standards and quality? Of course not as you rely on what your fed back from them. Here we have some clients with as little as one agent full-time but they still sit in our call centre and we do monitor their calls.
The fact is telemarketing is something you should outsource but just be sure your outsourcing to the right type of people. We are a business that is here for the long haul and looking to develop with clients that will stick with us for years.
